The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) has grown their partnership with Digitary by upgrading to the Digitary CORE platform on a long-term contract. LSE went live on June the 23rd 2021 on Digitary CORE helping to enable LSE in its mission of offering students unlimited online access to their academic credentials and sharing of their verified credentials, whilst opening further opportunities for lifelong learning.
LSE have partnered with Digitary to digitally certify official academic documents, such as transcripts to students who graduated after 2010. Significantly, Digitary and LSE have collaborated to now provide students with order functionality of their paper-based academic documents, helping to improve the student experience. Digitary also saves staff time for processing academic records, enabling them to invest more time into enhancing the student experience associated with earned credentials.
With LSE’s strong international cohort of students and desire to support student mobility, the Digitary CORE platform is the perfect solution with global recognition and trust, having been verified in over 135 countries and a developed network of digital credential international exchange.
Integrating seamlessly with LSE’s student management system, Tribal SITS, the Digitary and LSE project teams have collaborated to ensure the alignment of systems and effective use of Digitary. This robust integration enables LSE to deliver an effective certification of credentials and service students with a digital record.
“The London School of Economics and Political Science is proud to extend our partnership with Digitary, working together to offer our students digital access to their official academic credentials, that they can access anywhere and be recognised wherever they are in the world for further study and employment opportunities” says Martyn Annis, Head of Student Services, The London School of Economics and Political Science. “LSE is proud to be at the forefront and ensuring this important element of the student experience is excellent for all current and future graduates.”
“Digitary is proud to build on the existing partnership with London School of Economics and Political Science in assisting graduates in obtaining their official academic records online through Digitary, that can be accessed and shared with security and trust” says Daniel Hibbert, Commercial Director at Digitary. “As one of the world’s most respected institutions and brands, we are proud to help ensure LSE’s academic integrity is protected with our secure platform and enable students to share their credentials wherever they are in the world.”
Digitary and LSE have worked attentively together during the implementation of this project to deliver a successful outcome. “As a Project Manager, working with Digitary has been a smooth process. Digitary support has been responsive, helpful, and friendly. Working with the team at Digitary has been a pleasure and I’ve really appreciated the team’s flexibility where required. I believe our requirements have been well understood.” said Aba Maison, Project Manager, The London School of Economics and Political Science.
